Product description: Typical Mallorcan sausage. The skin of the pig’s ham is sewn together at the top and bottom with white thread and tied with white cotton thread, triangular in shape. The colour of the inside of the sausage is dark due to the pig’s blood with white pieces. It is cut into cubes about 1/4 of the size of the camallot.

Ingredients: Lean meat, pork fat, pork tongues, salt and black pepper. Stuffed into the pork rind.
