Product description: a rectangular-shaped sausage (loaf) which is pink in colour and is packaged in an orange-brown plastic casing. When it is packaged, the casing is removed and the sausage is sliced. It is then vacuum-packed.

Ingredients: Lean pork (57%), water, potato starch, salt, emulsifiers (E-450, E-451 and E-452), dextrose, soya protein, flavourings, smoke flavouring, anti-caking agents (E-301, E-331iii), flavouring (E-621), preservative (E-250), yeast extract, colouring (E-120).
