Indicative use: The 20g bag is for 5kg of bacon. If you make sobrasada with 50% lean and 50% fat, the 20g is for the 5 kg of bacon of the 10 kg of sobrasada. The 40g bag is for 10kg of bacon. If a 50% lean and 50% fat sobrassada is made, the 40g is for the 10 kg of bacon of the 20 kg of sobrassada.
