Product description: a pear-shaped sausage that is pink in colour and is packaged in a transparent shrinkable plastic bag. When sliced, the plastic casing is removed, sliced and vacuum-packed in 200 x 300 packets.

Ingredients: Lean pork (52%), water, salt, potato starch, soya protein, dextrose, emulsifier (E-450 iii), gelling agents (E407, E-415, E-410 and E-508), flavourings, preservatives (E-250, E-262i), antioxidants (E-316, E-331iii), flavour enhancer (E-621, E-627 and E-631), smoke flavouring, spice extracts and colouring (e-120).
