Product description: a raw-cured meat preparation that has been cured for at least 1 month. It has a reddish-orange colour, is elongated and thin. The casing is removed, sliced and vacuum packed.
Ingredients: Lean pork, paprika, glucose syrup, dextrin, dietary fibre, water, dextrose, sucrose, spices, salt, antioxidants (E-331, E-316), emulsifier (E-450), flavouring, smoke flavouring, preservatives (E-252, E-250), colouring (E-120).
