Product description: Mixture of additives, spices and seasonings, for charcuterie use, for the production of 5 kilos of the non-heat-treated meat product called ‘Chorizo’, cured by traditional methods (depending on the size, climatic conditions and desired degree of drying, it can be consumed after two weeks of maturation).
Ingredients: Spices (paprika, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, oregano), salt, dextrose, dextrin, diphosphates E-450 and polyphosphates E-452 (2.9% as P2O5), vegetable fibre, sodium citrates E-331, sodium ascorbate E-301, potassium nitrate E-252 (0.25%), carmine E-120 (0.08%).
