Product description: Mixture of additives, seasonings and spices, for the production of 3 kg of fresh minced meat preparation called ‘burger meat’. It includes a sufficient quantity of vegetables so that, when reconstituted, it contains the legal minimum. Ingredients: Salt, potato starch and fibre, onion, spices, antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, trisodium citrate), natural colouring (cochineal carmine 0.2%).
