Product description: Typical Majorcan sausage. The skin of the pork ham is sewn at the top and bottom with white thread, triangular in shape and vacuum-packed in pieces of approximately one-quarter of the ‘camaiot’.
Ingredients: Lean meat, pork fat, pork tongues, salt and black pepper. Stuffed in pork rind.
