The final touch always depends on each household.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Traditional Mallorca p<em>anades<\/em> recipe<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg flour<\/li>\n<li>1 glass of oil<\/li>\n<li>1 glass of water<\/li>\n<li>200 g lard<\/li>\n<li>1 kg <a href=\"https:\/\/ramadersagrupats.com\/en\/producto\/pierna-de-cordero\/\"><strong>lamb<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pork fat<\/li>\n<li>500 g peas<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ramadersagrupats.com\/en\/producto\/sobrasada-of-mallorca-semirizada\/\"><strong>Sobrasada<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Olive oil, salt and black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the lamb into small cubes. Place in a bowl and mix with sobrasada, peas and pork fat. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>In another bowl, mix flour, oil, water and lard. Knead until you get a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the dough into balls. Use part for the base and part for the lid. Fill with the meat mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Seal the edges by pinching and pierce the top so it can release steam.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 180\u00b0C for about 45 minutes.
