At <a href=\"https:\/\/ramadersagrupats.com\/en\/\">Ramaders Agrupats<\/a>, we are delighted to share with you the traditional recipe for <strong>Sopa de Nadal<\/strong> (Christmas soup), a dish full of history and love.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients you will need (you can find them in our <a href=\"https:\/\/ramadersagrupats.com\/en\/specialists-sobrasada-mallorca\/\">stores<\/a>):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 whole <a href=\"https:\/\/ramadersagrupats.com\/en\/producto\/chicken\/\">chicken<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/ramadersagrupats.com\/en\/producto\/botifarro\/\">Botifarr\u00f3<\/a><\/li>\n<li>150g <a href=\"https:\/\/ramadersagrupats.com\/en\/producto\/sobrasada-of-mallorca-sa-majorala\/\">sobrasada<\/a> (Mallorcan cured sausage)<\/li>\n<li>1 large onion<\/li>\n<li>2 carrots<\/li>\n<li>2 celery branches<\/li>\n<li>2 potatoes<\/li>\n<li>100g peas<\/li>\n<li>100g thick noodles<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>Fresh parsley for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Steps to prepare:<\/h3>\n<p>Broth preparation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large pot, boil the chicken with the onion, carrots, celery, and salt. Cook it over low heat for approximately 1 hour until the chicken is tender, and the broth has infused with the flavors.<\/li>\n<li>Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it. Reserve the broth.<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 preparation: in a separate pan, cook the Mallorcan sausage and sobrasada over medium heat until they are lightly browned. Add this mixture to the previously prepared broth.<\/li>\n<li>Add the vegetables and noodles: Cut the potatoes into wedges and add them to the broth along with the peas and noodles.
