Traditional pig slaughters




At Ramaders Agrupats we have pigs and the meat from them, spices, guts, installations and specialist personnel for making Mallorcan sobrasada, botifarron sausages, camallots, chorizos and other slaughter products.

We offer the advice, installations and products you need to carry out your pig slaughter the way you want it:

-If you already have a pig, we will slaughter it fulfilling all the health requisites and/or cut it up, and/or prepare your products as you like them.
-If you don’t have a pig, you can choose one of the ones we breed at Ramaders Agrupats, or just the pieces of meat you need to produce your products to suit your taste (mincing, mixing, stuffing). If you would like your product mixed and stuffed into gut, the minimum amount of meat is 10 Kg.

We have everything you need for your slaughter – salted, sewn and unsewn gut, Tap de Cortí paprika and other varieties, spices, thread, netting,…
