Our production is based above all on three types of products: fresh meat, cold meats and sobrasada de Mallorca.
The fresh meat may be pork, veal, suckling pig, lamb, poultry or rabbit. The cold meats include both the traditional varieties from Mallorcan slaughters (sobrasada, camallot, butifarrones, longaniza…), and other more recent additions to our cuisine (cured loin of pork, sausages, hamburgers …).
We also use part of our production for meat preparations, such as breaded meats, croquettes, cannelloni, stuffed chicken, stuffed suckling pig, etc
