Ever since Ramaders Agrupats was established, we have striven to improve the quality of our products, like Sobrasada from Mallorca, and our work has been rewarded with a series of prizes that were recently awarded to us.
- On 28th September 2001 the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Mallorca, Eivissa and Formentera awarded us the Diploma of Honour in the agriculture and food industry category.
- On 20th November 2002 the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food awarded us the prize for Best Spanish food company 2001 in the rural development modality.
- On 14th December 2002, the Regional Ministry for Agriculture and Fisheries awarded us the prize for initiative and quality in the agriculture and food industry.
Ramaders Agrupats was officially approved in accordance with R.D. 147/93 on 15th June 1995, and was registered in the General Health Registry of Food Companies and Foods with number 10.01018/PM. On 4th September 2002 the Regional Ministry for Health and Consumer Affairs authorised the extension of the installations.
On 6th March 2003 the Regional Ministry for Health and Consumer Affairs implemented the protocol for Supervision of the Requisites prior to Self-Regulation, and determined that Ramaders Agrupats fulfilled these requisites.
Ramaders Agrupats has a self-regulation system in place based on the HACCP system authorised by the Regional Ministry for Health and Consumer Affairs on 15th October 2007. and received certification for standard DIN EN ISO 22000:2005 from the company TÜV Rheinland on 29th October 2007 in the slaughter, quartering and preparation of meat products and storage.
Ramaders Agrupats has a Quality Management System in place for activities related to the slaughter of animals, quartering and preparation of meat products and storage in accordance with the requisites set forth in the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, certified by the company TÜV International.
The installations of Ramaders Agrupats are computerised, from the slaughterhouse to invoicing, and including the quartering and packaging of meat, in order to guarantee the traceability of its products.
Ramaders Agrupats is validated in accordance with RD 147/93, as from 15th June 1995, and is registered in the General Health Registry of Food Companies and Foods with number 10.0018/PM. In September of 2002, the Regional Ministry for Health and Consumer Affairs authorised the extension of our installations.
