We work above all with two types of products: fresh meat and cold meats like Mallorcan Sobrasada. The fresh meat may be pork, suckling pig, lamb, poultry or rabbit.
The cold meats are comprised both of the traditional meats from the Mallorcan slaughter, Mallorcann sobrasada, camallot, butifarrones, longaniza, and others which have been included more recently in our cuisine (cured loin of pork, sausages, hamburgers …).
We also use part of our production for meat preparations, such as breaded meats, croquettes, cannelloni, stuffed chicken, stuffed suckling pig, …
